The star arrived safe and sound last week and I put it up on Saturday. The quality is just outstanding and I have to say my expectations were exceeded. The assembly directions were great (including the ones for the lighting kit) and made everything very clear and easy. Thanks again, it has been a pleasure.

I recently purchased a 24" barn red copper star from your company. The purchase was for an anniversary gift to my wife who had expressed her desire for this item for her anniversary. First, I was somewhat hesitant about her request. A metal star, and for her anniversary.....?! I was somewhat surprised that I received four emails concerning this purchase after my order. Three were from The Copper Star acknowledging the receipt of my order and the processing of my order. The fourth was from UPS announcing that my order would arrive no latter than the 19th. Guess what was on my doorstep today, the 19th of August! I found the attention given about my order to be the highest level of customer service that I have experienced within my memory. And to top it off...my wife loves the star!!! You will soon be receiving another order for another star because my wife now wants a larger one. Thank you!
